First Time Logging In
Step 1: Determine Log-in Method
UponWhen visiting the login screen, you will be provided with two options for logging in:
- Tekside Credentials - Enter the username and password
submission,provided to you when your account was setup - Google Account - If the
useremail address that was used to create you account is a Google account, then you can use that to login instead.
Using your Google Account eliminates the need to use a Authentication app for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Step 2: Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) - Tekside Credentials
After providing your credentials, you will be asked to set up an authenticator app.app Keycloakfor officially2FA.

Step 3: Test 2FA
After your authenticator app andis scanverified the QR code.Afterwards, they can enterwith the one-time code, you will be redirected into CONNECT. Before you begin using the platform we recommend testing your 2FA setup:

Log out of your account.

Log back in using your credentials.

Complete the second authentication step (i.e. entering the code from
theiryourauthenticator,app).
If everything works correctly, you will be redirected back into CONNECT and ifcan desiredstart provide a device name, which is not used by Keycloak, but rather forusing the userplatform.
